Where concerns exist over a specific fault or defect in a property, a more focused investigation may be carried out. Examples of this specialist work include problems with cracking, dampness, timber decay, structural movement etc.

One of our qualified Surveyors will investigate the problem and set out in a written report our diagnosis, together with step by step recommendations as to what action needs to be taken to remedy the situation. Should remedial works be necessary, you can circulate our report to any number of building contractors, secure in the knowledge that you will obtain a competitive quote for the recommended works.
