At the heart of True Associates lies a small team of Building Surveyors, headed by the Director of the company and experienced architectural technician. Between them they have nearly 100 years’ experience in the restoration, renovation, repair and extension of both residential and commercial properties.

If you are thinking about extending your property by way of, say, a loft conversion or basement dig out, we can help you. True Associates prepare specifications, drawings etc. and seek multiple quotations from a selection of independent contractors and at least one firm that we like our client to put forward to provide some reassurance that we are striving to obtain the best possible price.

As well as helping home owners to restore, renovate, repair or extend their property, we are heavily involved in supporting property management companies by providing expert advice on the cause of and resolution of building defects in properties whether Victorian, Georgian or something more modern.
