About Us

True Associates are a firm of chartered surveyors specialising in Building Surveying which incorporates defect diagnosis, house and flat surveys, property restoration, property conversion (lofts and extensions) and service charge repairs through property management companies.True Associates also provide block management services and estate agency in the form of sales and lettings of both residential and commercial property.

True Associates opened for business on 1st January 1992 and whilst the company has grown the company remains privately owned with Harry True as the sole proprietor.The company is well established with a strong and loyal workforce with one of the senior surveyors having been with the firm for nearly a decade.

True Associates client base includes private individuals seeking advice on small repairs to nationwide companies seeking professional help with major works.  Our fees however, reflect the importance to us of the private individual as client.

True Associates pride themselves on their professionalism and their reputation for honesty, integrity and professionalism and are proud of their membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Association of Building Engineers of which professional body Harry True is a Fellow.
