We provide a comprehensive and tailored service to our clients and work with a number of user groups including freeholders, developers, head lessors and tenant collectives.

We agree our fees with our clients in accordance with their requirements and, unusually for managing agents, take no commissions on insurance and do not participate in the fees of others.

Residential Property Management coexists well with the core business of Building Surveying.  Our residential portfolio ranges from large mansion blocks in Central London to exclusive developments in Mayfair and Regents Park to smaller blocks in Greater London.  We are justly proud to have included in our portfolio an exclusive penthouse development valued at 40 million pounds and commanding weekly rents in excess of 20 thousand pounds!

The Management Team comprises a highly qualified select group of individuals bringing a refreshing and dynamic approach to their work drawing on the expertise of the surveying team, the market knowledge of the sales team and, collectively, many years of dedicated property management experience.

Joanna Tamele Redway BSc (Hons) MIRPM

Jo was born and educated overseas (BFPO) where she lived for many years before returning to her home in the UK in 1980. Jo completed the Housing Law Module of Queen Marys college Masters degree and worked as an articled clerk for a criminal law firm before turning her attention to Property Management. She enjoyed a long and successful career with Fineman Lever where in 1987 she was appointed Associate Director.

She has spent the intervening years predominantly involved in property management and now heads the property management division of True Associates.

 Scott Derbyshire - Executive Accountant

 Scott started his working life as an Accounts Assistant for a Valuation and Auctioneers in Manchester.
 He gained an in depth knowledge of the various aspects  of   the  Accounts Department. Over 12 years
 he rose to the position of Company Accountant, with responsibility for preparing the monthly accounts
 and reporting to the board. Scott relocated to London 5 years ago and moved into the field of Property
 Management accounts.

 He worked at two of the larger Property Management companies in London before joining the team at
 True Associates as the Property Management accountant.

Nicada Drayton BA (Hons) AMABE - Assistant Property Manager

Nicada has several years administrative experience in the property services industry and in 2008 graduated with First Class Honours in Business Administration, awarded by the University of East London.  She is an Associate Member of both the Association of Business Executives and the Institute of Residential Property Management.  Nicada has recently been awarded an MSc in Facilities Management with distinction by the University of Greenwich.  Having started out at True Associates as a Senior Secretary, she is now fulfilling her role as Assistant Property Manager to Jo Redway, whilst also managing blocks of her own.
