Aside from writing specifications and preparing the drawings to assist clients in the renovation or repair of their property, True Associates provides an all encompassing service including the Project Management / Contract Administration of small, medium and large building projects.

This benefits you, the client, by creating some separation between you and your chosen contractor, providing an educated assessment of the reasonableness and need for the inevitable variations and extras that will be thrown up during the course of a typical building project. We ensure that a legally binding construction contract is entered into between you and the contractor with penalties (damages) for late completion where appropriate and stage payments calculated by ourselves with no advance payments allowed unless specifically required by you.

We ensure that you are not placed in the awkward situation of having to argue with the people carrying out the work and worrying about whether you’re paying over too much money during the early stages of your project.
