If you are planning to carry out alterations to your property such as building an extension, planning permission is likely to be required. True Associates can assist you through the entire process.

An experienced member of staff will meet you to discuss the design feasibility and possible layouts, take measurements and survey the building. Plans can then be prepared in accordance with the proposals subject to the requirements of the Local Authority. True Associates will submit plans to the Local Authority for Planning Permission on your behalf and obtain Building Regulation approval where appropriate. You would be copied in to all correspondence where we liaise with the Local Authority on your behalf so that you are aware of how your scheme is progressing through the bureaucracy, without the hassle.
