The Estate Agency department of True Associates has been in existence since 2003. With a growing firm of Chartered Surveyors providing advice in property it seemed only logical to move into sales and lettings. With True Associates being a firm of Chartered Surveyors the Agency team is required to operate with regard to the codes of conduct of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The Estate Agency Team comprises

Alicja True
Senior Negotiator
Alicja started off in Estate Agency with John Hollingsworth in Fulham in 1986 moving on to work with Marsh and Parsons until meeting up with her husband Harry True and eventually moving over to head up the Sales Team at True Associates.

Amber Fidler
Office Manager
Amber started her career in 1995 in the digital media industry where she held a number of different positions from production assistant to office manager and project manager. Amber combined her digital management skills with her interest in property while working for CB Hillier Parker in their IT department during their merger with Richard Ellis in 2003. Amber joined True Associates as Office Manager in 2004 and maintains responsibility for the day to day running of the office, organisation of the administrative staff, overseeing the estate agency along with conducting a number of accounting procedures; she has a broad knowledge of and involvement in all areas of the business.

Stephanie Gould
Sales Assistant and PA
Stephanie Gould started her professional career six years ago as an office clerk for MFPA (Mouth and Foot Painting Artists) Charity and joined True Associates in February 2007 where she provides support for both the Surveying and Estate Agency side of the business. Stephanie is currently studying a course in Sales for The Technical Award in Sale of Residential Properties to increase her sales knowledge, which once completed will result in a qualification in Residential Sales.
