Main Elements Report

For the potential buyer, this report provides a thorough investigation of the main elements of the structure of the building - the walls, the floor, the roof. Tests will be carried out for rising dampness and any evidence of rot and advice will be given as to whether repair work is necessary. This report does not include advice on internal finishes, external decorative finishes, plaster work or services like gas, electricity or water. It is tailored to suit those with plans to carry out modernisation or refurbishment works and therefore require less advice on the more superficial or decorative aspects of a property.
